A member of the European Roundtable of Industrialists and the U.S. Business Council, he also serves on the boards of directors for performance apparel maker Under Armour; engineering software maker ANSYS, Inc.; and security solutions leader Dell SecureWorks.

Sanjay Poonen

Sanjay Poonen joined VMware in August 2013 and is responsible for worldwide sales, services, ecosystem and alliances, global marketing and communications and cross-portfolio product marketing. Previously, he was executive vice president and general manager for the End-User Computing business unit at VMware. Before VMware, Sanjay was president and corporate officer of Platform Solutions and the Mobile Division at SAP AG. During his more than seven years at SAP, he held several executive-level roles in product development and sales, including leading SAP’s Analytics, Big Data, Mobile and all industry business units, driving many solutions to industry-leading market positions. Prior to SAP, Sanjay held executive roles at Symantec, VERITAS and Informatica, and he began his career as a software engineer at Microsoft, followed by Apple.

Bob Lord is IBM’s first Chief Digital Officer, where he is missioned with unleashing IBM to empower the world – giving business leaders, developers, startups and business partners an unparalleled experience with IBM’s products and services.

Bob leads the company’s Digital Strategy & Platforms, Digital Sales & Routes to Market, Developer Advocacy and Venture Groups, Client Experience, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) & Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) solutions.

He has a wealth of experience in leading businesses through transformation, and brings deep technical and marketing expertise to his role. Before joining IBM, Bob was President of AOL, where he oversaw the company’s unified global advertising operations and previously served as CEO of AOL’s flagship technology group, AOL Platforms – used by over 2,500 brands and agencies and over 40,000 publishers.

Prior to AOL, Bob was Global CEO of Razorfish, one of the early web design and digital agencies. He held several leadership roles at the company before becoming CEO.

Previously, from 2015 to 2018, Phil served as co-president.

Phil has more than 20 years experience in the enterprise software industry, most of which has been in executive management and leading customer-focused field operations. Prior to joining Workday, Phil served as president and chief operating officer at Tidemark Systems. Before Tidemark, he was president and CEO at OutlookSoft. Phil also previously served as co-president at PeopleSoft and held senior leadership positions at TriNet and Tesseract.

Nimesh Davé

As a member of the executive team for the world’s largest technology distributor and supply-chain services provider, Nimesh is responsible for designing and implementing harmonized global business practices throughout the organization and architecting world-class solutions to meet our diverse customer needs. Prior to joining Ingram Micro, he served as senior vice president of commercial operations, strategy and supply chain solutions for Tech Data Europe. In this role, he led several major transformation initiatives and spearheaded the formation of a supply chain services division. Before taking on the operations and strategy role, Nimesh held senior executive roles in information technology in the Americas and Europe, where he led major ERP, infrastructure and commerce application deployments.

Scott D. Sherman

As executive vice president of human resources for Ingram Micro Inc. since May 2015, Scott Sherman is responsible for the identification, development and implementation of the company’s human resources strategies in support of the organization’s global objectives. He has a successful track record of leading complex business initiatives, driving functional and operational excellence and building strong collaborative relationships. Prior to joining Ingram Micro, Scott most recently served as executive vice president of human resources and a member of the executive committee at Allergan from September 2010 to March 2015. Before Allergan, he worked at Medtronic, Inc, for 15 years, where he held positions of increased scope and responsibility, the last as vice president of Global Total Rewards and HR operations on the corporate staff.

Rodney Clark

A 19-year Microsoft veteran, Rodney has held several executive positions within the company, including general manager of the Samsung Alliance, general manager of Operations & Sales Excellence for the worldwide small, mid-market solutions and partner team, general manager and global business leader for the worldwide SMS&P public sector, general manager of Microsoft Across America, a technical sales and marketing evangelism organization. Prior to Microsoft, he spent nine years with IBM in sales, marketing and management.

This includes building market models, conducting survey research and leveraging advanced data analytic capabilities to provide clients with prescriptive guidance on how digital transformation will impact their business. In addition, Michelle provides clients with recommendations on how to future-proof their organizational strategy.

He also oversees efforts to create end-to-end integrations with apps on Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Prior to stepping into this position, Matt spent more than 10 years with Apple as a regional sales manager in IOS. Before joining Apple, he spent four years at Dow Jones Telerate/Bridge Information Systems as a global product manager, and 10 years as the CTO of the Financial Markets Group for the Reserve Bank of Australia.

Renée leads the global cloud go-to-market organization and has responsibility for the division’s organizational management as well as its strategic direction, sales growth, marketing and business development activities. With more than 25 years of business unit leadership experience, she is a driving force behind identifying and cultivating new opportunities in cloud computing for Ingram Micro. Prior to joining Ingram Micro, Renée led the $300 million IT Services Solutions business at Fujitsu America, where she oversaw the development of innovative solutions. Before Fujitsu, she headed information technology divisions at media and banking companies, was a CIO at a financial institution and was a director at a prominent international technology consulting firm.

Richard Dufty

A recognized Fortune 500 technology executive, Richard has significant experience in cloud, platforms and digital transformation. He is responsible for growing the world’s largest cloud platform business at Ingram Micro Cloud, which involves leading a team of nearly 200 people covering 250 customers in every major country around the world. Richard previously led all U.S. sales and channels at Symantec Norton Business. He was voted Young Australian Citizen of the Year in 1999 and ran with the Olympic Torch at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.

David J. Wippich

David J. Wippich

CTO and Senior Vice President, Global Cloud

As a member of the global cloud executive management team, he is responsible for all technology development, IT and datacenter operations, vendor recruiting and onboarding, product management and product marketing. Before joining Ingram Micro, Wippich served as CEO and CTO of Ensim Corporation. Prior to that, he was president and chief operating officer at Active ISP, one of Europe’s largest hosting service providers, where he pioneered Microsoft-based services on a highly scalable pan-European platform.

Previously, Wippich was executive vice president at ConnectInc.com, a high-volume e-commerce platform provider. In addition, he was vice president and general manager for the internet and embedded products division of Phoenix Technologies and Award Software, where he focused on BIOS, Firmware, System on a Chip and Web-based thin client technologies. In the early days of Acer, Wippich also held a variety of senior management positions. He attended Stanford University and Southern Oregon University.
